One of the bowls definitely has finishing flaws. There is a big raised black mark on the bottom of the bowl and the finish is not smooth a bit rough actually. My interpretation of porcelain is smooth pure... both bowls have texture issue but one is much worse than the other. Tried to make contact via the website given on the pamphlet and it is bogus... very frustrating and disappointing. Very unprofessional to give a dead website. Tried to locate via other information given but to no avail. Undecided if they should be returned... I also wanted to contact to find out if they were oven safe... guess I will never know.Well the company reached out to me...
