**Q: What pulse oximeter is best for large fingers**
A: A man's hand or a woman's hand? The device measures approximately 10 mm from the bottom of the measuring opening through fingertip. 
- no long nails, 
- a medium-sized man's finger is OK. The measurement could also be made by little finger or ring finger, making the result look 1-2% unit higher

**Q: Does the health manager app give real time readings from the device or does it require a periodic sync?**
A: Periodic sync... daily

**Q: Does it send data in real time to the "beurer health manager" and allow alarms to be configured so that carer can be alerted to low 02 and/or hr?**
A: Hi, sorry but the PO60 is able to store up to 100 values but they need to be transferred to the app after measurement therefore the time would be out.  Unfortuantely it does not have an alert either.  However, our PO80 is able to do what you asked for. It does have an alert where you can set the value by yourself and it can show the current measurement on PC software.  Hope this information helps.  Thanks Beurer UK

**Q: Is there a way to export the readings from the Phone App?**
A: Hi, yes this is possible to export the readings once you have transferred them onto your phone you are able to export to an excel. Such a wonderful product. Accurate readings - which I have compared to other oximeters - and with the help of the app it keeps a record for you. Oxygen levels are really important to good health - and a warning sign when you are feeling unwell - so the confidence that this simple but lovely piece of equipment gives you is priceless. I would highly recommend it, every home should have this one.

Perfect little gadget that’s very much needed in today’s household environment. I’m very pleased to have bought it. Syncs up with my iPhone through the Beurer and keeps a record of my blood oxygen data.

This is accurate and the app integration is not as useful as you would expect. It is about 5 times more expensive than similar models, but you are paying much more for the app data.If you don’t need that, buy a cheaper model.
