Review: Game-Changing Feeder — Reliable, Easy to Use, and My Cat Loves It! - The PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder has been an absolute lifesaver. Setup was quick, the 5G WiFi connection is solid, and the app makes scheduling feedings incredibly simple. I love being able to check in and adjust portions from anywhere — perfect for busy days or when I’m away. The feeder dispenses food accurately every time, and the portion control is super helpful for keeping my cat on a consistent routine. The design is sleek, quiet, and the food tank holds plenty without taking up much space. My cat immediately took to it and now waits by the feeder right before each scheduled meal! The voice recording feature is a fun bonus, and the reliability gives me total peace of mind. If you want a high-quality, smart feeder that truly makes life easier for both you and your pet, this one is a winner. Highly recommend!
Review: Life changer! - I set up 3 of these one month ago and so far am very happy with them! My morning alarm goes off at 4:50AM, and my cats were bothering me for food by 4AM each morning. I set these up for 3 feedings per day of the smallest amount, with one feeding at 4AM. After a few days to adjust, they’ve stopped bothering me in the morning! I can even sleep in on my days off now. It’s been such a relief! It’s also been nice to know they are getting fed on a regular schedule, with or without me there. So far I’ve had no issues with any of the devices. Like some others have said, the measurements aren’t exactly as it says, but 3 times a day on the lowest setting is close enough to the daily feeding requirements for my boys. The buttons aren’t easily unlock-able for a cat, although I have a seen one video of a cat figuring it out. Time will tell if my one problem solver cat will figure it out.

## Features

- Never Miss a Meal — Schedule up to 10 meals/day and 1–48 portions per meal (1/12 cup each). View feeding logs and daily intake in the PETLIBRO app to keep your pet on routine while you’re at work or traveling.

### ⭐ last one was great- this one wont connect to app and no follow up from Petlibro after 5 emails
*by T***E on September 28, 2026*

Ive had three of these feeders from PETLIBRO- first one ( non smart programmable) worked fine but portions were too large for my cat. The second one I got worked FLAWLESSLY and it was great that the portion sizes were adjustable and I found the perfect portions for my cat. I had it for a little more than a year, then it complely stopped working altogether-the display wouldnt even light up. I wanted to order the same one, figuring it was a fluke, but that model was no longer made so I bought this " upgraded" one. Setup looked like it was going to be easy , but I never got it to work. It wouldn't connect the app to the unit - so I contacted technical support - about 5 emails went back and forth , since they dont have a technical support line . We deleted the old one, - still no luck- then they recommended the LITE app and I tried that - still no luck getting the unit to communicate with the app. I was told they were sending it to one of their support specialists- and that ended any support. I took it on my own to write them three more times over the past month asking for help and where we were wit h the status of my support ticket- and - crickets. I really wanted to like the new one - I really loved how the old one worked. But I cant support a company that after countless emails ( and no phone support) not only havent found a solution, but have chosen to pass the buck to a " support specialist" that several weeks in has not made any attempt to reach out to me or respond to my follow up emails. Sorry Petlibro- I willbe looking for another pet feeder .
