Absolutely excellent. I've struggled with anxiety the past few years, and although counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy has helped some, this book which my doctor recommended really brought everything to home plate:  my lack of trust in God. It addresses not only the mental and emotional sides of anxiety and stress, but most importantly the spiritual, which as Catholics, is a critical way in how we view the world and deal with our day-to-day struggles. It truly provides a unique and powerful perspective. I've encouraged my friends and family to read it and they also have greatly benefited from this book. Read and share!

Highly, highly recommend this book. It is so good to have a doctor who is also steeped in the Catholic faith and understands how Catholic spirituality, as well as the medical profession can assist individuals in dealing with anxiety. The author is not afraid to let you see some of his own struggles as well which brings this down to the level of everyday people struggling with everyday anxieties and stresses.
