I use this as a deodorant now. I mix equal amounts of flakes with distilled warm water and add some essential oils. Shake bottle and spray underarms. I no longer smell bad even if I forget to spray. I don’t even smell bad in evenings. It did take about a week before it worked well. The first week, my underarms really stank, getting rid of the bad chemicals from deodorant.
