## Questions & Answers

**Q: Hello, is this a wireless product or do you need to connect to wiring?**
A: No this isn't a wireless product. It needs wiring for a mains power supply and to connect the component devices.

**Q: Is there a system similar to this one with multiple call buttons or pull cords?**
A: Not sure but I can't see any reason why you couldn't connect several pull cords in parallel and the notes do say it is expandable.

**Q: Can you add extra pull cords or call buttons?**
A: I can't see any reason why you couldn't connect additional pull cords in parallel and the notes do say it is expandable.
