Review: Buy your own pigtails - Well made sturdy box. But the pigtails that came loaded into the box appear to be low quality. Of the first six I fusion spliced, five failed. Replacing them with Bangun LC UPC resulted in all six testing good. I earlier used these boxes with some Fiber Optic Sales Cheetah LC UPC splice-on connectors. Worked well, but a tight fit, as the connectors' strain relief boot hits up against some of the fiber wrap guides.

Well made sturdy box. But the pigtails that came loaded into the box appear to be low quality. Of the first six I fusion spliced, five failed. Replacing them with Bangun LC UPC resulted in all six testing good. I earlier used these boxes with some Fiber Optic Sales Cheetah LC UPC splice-on connectors. Worked well, but a tight fit, as the connectors' strain relief boot hits up against some of the fiber wrap guides.
