The pull up assist band has been great in helping me finally start getting somewhere with it. Yeah, it's a bit of a cheat, but by being able to do pull-ups/chin-ups even with this "helping tool", I'm gradually increasing my strength, and I'm closer to being able to do it on my own.The materials are quality, and I feel secure using it--not worried that it's going to suddenly snap in my face or leave me in a heap on the floor. It comes with a nice carry bag. I'm deducting one star because it had zero instructions on how to set it up.
