Simple, basic, clean and work. 2. Has great strength and stretch. 3. Decent reach and the hooks are solid. CON: 1. NOT for long exposure to sunlight. 2. NOT for extended use outdoors. 3. Will dry-rot if not taken care of. OTHER: 1. Keep out of the sun. 2. Spray with WD-40 once in a while, and these should last a long time. 3. Careful when left out in the elements for long periods of time, they will dry rot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superior quality, durability remains to be seen *by F***0 on 17 June 2024* I needed a bunch of bungee cords to hold down a tarp in my back yard. After reading reports of rapid aging with regular bungees, I gave these a shot. They certainly look tougher than most. There's a woven sheath that looks very solid, and the whole assembly feels a lot more serious than you'd get from the local hardware store. As far as durability, we'll see. The cords will be out in sun and rain all summer, probably stored indoors through the winter months - if any. But based just on look and feel, I'd say these bungee cords are worth the extra cost. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/545431198-pluvios-bungee-cords-with-hooks-heavy-duty-elastic-straps-10](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/545431198-pluvios-bungee-cords-with-hooks-heavy-duty-elastic-straps-10) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
