Good luck **Q: Works when just connected to the transmitter. loop goes over range when transmitter & modem are connected to plc analog input. switch has no affect.** A: When placed in series, the modem should only be a way to inject a change in the transmitter...I've never seen it cause an over range in the loop. I'd be curious to see that in action **Q: Will this work with Emerson Instrument inpector?** A: It should work with any program that uses HART protocol **Q: Did anyone get this to work without breaking the loop?** A: It needs to go in series with the device to be part of the circuit so not breaking the loop won't work.
