Review: Very beautiful, well made, classically shaped, ceramic Asian soup spoon. - Easy to see why these spoons are so popular. Very comfortable to hold with the rounded profile and curved handle locking into place in your hand. The bowl is 1.8" wide, not 1.97" wide....a width that allows females and children to still have no problem fitting whole bowl inside mouth. The bowl capacity itself seems to fall in between a standard stainless steel soup spoon and a Keawell stainless steel Asian soup spoon, or one of the larger ceramic spoons with a flat bottom that is specifically designed for ramen soups. If you are a dedicated eater of ramen, and don't use chopsticks, i would pass on these and go with the stainless steel Asian spoons or the larger flat bottom ceramic spoons. For everything else, these are great! Beautiful, and very well made, and about as comfortable to hold as a spoon can possibly get. Of course they will break if dropped, but at 2.50 per spoon, it won't be a tragedy....or maybe it will if you have a few young kids to up the frequency of that occurring.

Easy to see why these spoons are so popular. Very comfortable to hold with the rounded profile and curved handle locking into place in your hand. Great for soup! My granddaughter loves these spoons and they help to prevent spills unlike a regular spoon. They're a good weight and easy for a small or large hand to hold. They also have beautiful patterns on them!
