Maybe it is because of grain sizes and this problem goes the same with nearly every product. At least my cat can’t steal food from the basket ### ⭐ no longer dispenses the correct amount of food *by G***A on 20 January 2026* After about 6 months of use, this PETLIBRO automatic cat feeder started working unreliably. The main issue is that it no longer dispenses the correct amount of food — sometimes it gives less than the programmed portion, and other times it seems inconsistent between feedings. Because of this, I can’t trust it to feed my cat properly when I’m not home. I cleaned the unit and checked for blockages, but the problem keeps happening. It was great at first, but the long-term reliability hasn’t been good. ## Frequently Bought Together - PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder, Granary 5G WiFi Pet Feeder with APP Control, for Pet Dry Food, Freshness Preservation, 5L Timed Cat Feeder with Low Food Sensor, Up to 10 Meals Per Day for Cats Dogs - PETLIBRO Cat Water Fountain, Battery Operated Pet Water Fountain for Cats, 2.5L/84oz Dockstream Cat Fountain with Motion Sensor, Automatic Cat Water Dispenser, Easy Cleaning, Ultra Quiet, BPA-Free - PETLIBRO Replacement Filters for Dockstream Cat Water Fountain PLWF005, 2 Months Set of Replacement Filters for Ultra Quiet Pet (4 Packs) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/546994527-automatic-cat-feeder-granary-5g-wifi-pet-feeder-with-app](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/546994527-automatic-cat-feeder-granary-5g-wifi-pet-feeder-with-app) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
