This is a really great smart lock. The keypads are touch so that’s a good thing. The build quality is great. The good thing about this lock is that you can put it on your door by your self. You don’t need to pay a lot of money to someone to put it for you. The manual is pretty straight forward. So I will put it on my door by my self. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works left not right! *by R***. on May 6, 2018* I would give this a million stars if this were actually able to be both left and right handle doors. I have bought these for two different doors in my home and the left works like a charm took me second to put together and install. The right on the other hand the lever catch is too high up and wont go down enough to put the handle on. If it wasn't for my left door handle i'd give this a one star. Other than the handle once common sense kicks in a bit it is super easy to program. ### ⭐ Key pad no good *by A***R on August 18, 2018* Install was simple, just like any other door know. But be warn, the key pad is not responsive. It makes the beep sound as if you touched a number but you have to press very hard and very accurately to get the code correctly. The best I can do is 3 failed try’s before I can get a correct code to enter. Very frustrating...
