Thick material. The only reason it's not 5 star is because they're is no hole or spot for the chain to go through it. It's long enough that we pulled it down low enough to cover everything mostly, but it would be nice if it had something for it to go through. Also would be nice if the cord to tie it down had some type of tightening mechanism.
