Review: Much better than using voice commands - I love this remote over the voice activated features on most dash cams. You can stick it wherever you like and it’s real easy to turn on or off the audio recording. This is really useful because I don’t want anyone who viewed the videos to hear me singing along to the radio or hearing my audiobook choice of the day.LOL The great thing is if something happens and you want to record it most dash cams don’t really record license plates clearly if the vehicles are moving or they’re in low light or bad weather, etc. So I can quickly hit the top half of this remote to turn on voice recording and speak the license plate so that it’s part of the record. And then I can turn it back off and go back to warbling off key. The lower and larger half of the button will save a snippet of video as well as a photo. ## Features - 【High Compatibility】This remote control works for Vantrue N4 Pro S, N5S, N4S,N5,N4, E1 Pro,E2, E360, N2X, S1 Pro(Max) dash cam. You can stick it to a flat surface on your dashboard, the steer wheel, console, or elsewhere which is convenient for you to use. The small black body keeps the original appearance inside your car. - 【Easy to use】It allows you to lock emergency moment or beautiful scenery without taking an eye off, which makes driving much safer. Just one press to turn off the audio to prevent possible ramifications caused by strict laws in certain states in North America, easy and convenient. - 【Simple WiFi Pairing& Control Distance】The remote control can automatically connects to your Vantrue dash cam via WiFi in split-seconds and trigger it even if it is 9.8ft away, which lets you capture the important moment or video quickly to avoid possible disputes when you are driving. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0C9JCVSGD | | Additional Features | Audio ON/OFF Function, Event Locking, Snapshot | | Battery Type | Alkaline | | Best Sellers Rank | #23 in Car Audio & Video Remote Controls | | Brand | VANTRUE | | Built-In Media | 3M Adhesive Sticker, User Manual, Wireless Remote Control | | Button Quantity | 2 | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Vantrue E1, E2, E3, N4 Pro, N5, S1 Pro | | Connectivity Technology | Wi-Fi | | Controller Type | Button Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 346 Reviews | | Item Highlight | Event Lock, Snapshot, Audio ON/OFF, 9.8ft Wireless Range, Compatible with N4 Pro S/N5/N4S/N5S/E1 Pro/E2/E360/N2X/S1 Pro(Max) | | Item Type Name | wireless remote control for dash cam | | Item Weight | 13.61 g | | Manufacturer | VANTRUE | | Max Number of Supported Devices | 6 | | Maximum Number of Supported Devices | 6 | | Maximum Range | 9.8 feet | | Model Name | E1-E2-E3-N4Pro-N5-S1Pro | | Model Number | Multi6 | | Number of Batteries | 1 12V batteries required. | | Number of Items | 1 | | Special Feature | Audio ON/OFF Function, Event Locking, Snapshot | | UPC | 193368004398 | | Warranty Description | 12 months | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VANTRUE - **Color:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** Vantrue E1, E2, E3, N4 Pro, N5, S1 Pro - **Max Number of Supported Devices:** 6 - **Special Feature:** Audio ON/OFF Function, Event Locking, Snapshot ## Images ![Dash Cam Remote, Event Lock/Snapshot/Audio Control - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51JP4GMaRbL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: will this work with E1 lite?** A: Dear customer, Thanks for your asking.
