So although it’s a super fun game, your kid would very likely lose pieces and break parts. **Q: What is the Ace edition? How does it differ from the original version?** A: This new version Ace edition of the Rubik’s Race game has six added tiles and an added layer of complexity. **Q: Can you buy an orange square if you lose one?** A: They don’t sell them separately. **Q: Is there at trick to storing this game without it falling apart?** A: I take the three flat sections apart from each other, slide each section into the plastic packaging they each arrived in (if you no longer have the plastic packages then use ziplock bags). I then stack the three on top of each other and secure them together with rubber band. Remove the long strip of cardboard from inside the box and discard. It’s a great parent-child game because sometimes the chips fall in a convenient spot and other rounds you have work to do, so as a parent you “don’t have to go easy” on your kids and be bored out of your mind playing! It’s nice a compact so we took it on holidays with us. Minimal packaging which is nice.
