Poor quality item *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 April 2026* Terrible customer service.Poor quality boiler and tap. Boiler unit went faulty after a couple of weeks. Eventually managed to get through to customer service - after lots of back and forth they promised to send a replacement boiler unit. This never arrived and now they don’t even reply to any communication. Save your money - avoid like the plague. I wish we had. ### ⭐ Don’t bother with the seller or the product. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 August 2026* Poor quality. Didn’t last a year. Awful customer service. I know see they no longer stock this item! AVOID. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 April 2023* Lovely tap only issue we had was the threaded barrel that goes through worktop and connects tap to worktop was too short. Rant them up to see if they could supply a longer one and guy on phone just wasn’t interested. Searched everywhere for longer barrel. Hubby had to chisel away sink unit to get it to fit ## Frequently Bought Together - Excel Home - 3 in 1 Instant Boiling Water Tap, 2.4L Boiler Unit & Carbon Water Filter | Instant hot Hot Water Tap - Made of Anti Rust Stainless Steel - Kitchen Mixer Tap (Modern, Brushed Copper) - Excel Home - 3 in 1 Boiling Water Tap Replacement Carbon Filter, Reduces Metals and contaminants in Water. for Instant 3-in-1 Comes with Replacement housing - Yamataro 3 in 1 Boiling Water Tap Instant Hot Water Tap for Kitchen with Boiling Hot and Cold Water Outputs Stainless Steel Childlock Boiling Tap Only (Boiler and Filter Not Included) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/551394524-excel-home-3-in-1-instant-filtered-boiling-water-kitchen](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/551394524-excel-home-3-in-1-instant-filtered-boiling-water-kitchen) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
