Poor design and quality of the black plastic on it is very poor.All the kitchen mixer taps in the market have lever going one way (forward from center) that is why kitchen taps are expensive due to this feature, but for this one you have to push it back and forth to adjust the pressure/thermostat.Due to this you can't use this with undermount sinks as there will be no place left at the back to turn it completely on as the lever will touch splashbacks or tiles and won't completely work/turn as it should.
