Will it take a 25mm shower head

I am not sure but 25mm sounds quite large because shower heads are usually tapered so they lock in and fitting made to suit. I am just guessing normal shower heads are about 20mm at the narrowest up to say 28mm at the larger end of the taper. I fitted it elsewhere so cant check directly.

Would it suit oval shaped vertical bar?

No I don't think it would. The front of the shower head holder is where it tightens up. So unless the the bar is very small I imagine it would slip down.

Does this fit a Mira Logic shower hose? The mira logic is quite thick and my current holder is too thin to let the hose go through

No. It doesn’t fit. I have a Mira shower also. The holder is actually worse than useless and fell apart as I tried to fit it to the riser bar. Cheap plastic.
