If you make the espresso disc on the NORMAL (large silver circle) about 2 oz. The creamer disc will provide about the same with the same selection. I prefer a "weaker" version and make the espresso disc with the + option / life disc front and re-do the espresso disc on the NORMAL option. The creamer disc I use with the + option. This makes about 10 ounces. The latte is nice and light and not bitter at all. Also just the right sweetness. Between Lor, Costa and Jacobs. I think my favorite is the Lor which is the sweetest but the Jacobs is mid sweet and my least favorite is the Costa which I think is more bitter then the other two.
