A: The a/b switch is on the top of train head. If you still don't find, please send me email, I note for you.

**Q: How far away can the remote be from the train and still operate?**
A: This infrared remote can control the train up to 25 feet away and require line-of-sight.

**Q: I don’t think the remote is working at all - there’s no light or anything and nothing is pairing?**
A: If the remote doesn't work, please check the battery, use right battery (1.5V AA & AAA battery) in right way, install per manual instruction.
