As someone with small hands they add a nice amount of grip with the texturing without making the handles too big. They fit in the standard case, though it does make it snug. It is much nicer woth the grips. Not only do they add a pleasant texture, but a little more airflow to your hands. Install was simple, but the silicon is very thin so be careful or it will tear at the seam. The fit is perfect and it grips perfectly to the deck. I never worrry holding it with one hand that the deck will slide out. I was worried prepurchase looking at it that the steam button or the lack of space around the abxy would be an issue, but if anything I think the new steam button is better than the original and the space around the abxy is more than enough and creates a nice tactile feel.
