It's nice that once you set it for your wrist size it's set, don't need to adjust everytime you put it on. That said adjusting the piece that slides up and down for size adjustment without instructions was not easy to figure out. Only the screw driver included clued me into the fact you needed to use it to pop the clasp open then slide to where you needed it and then it won't push back down with just the force for your finger and thumb you again need to use the screw driver to clamp it down again.
