I had to position it just right under my neck, but once I did, it's sooo good. It now has my neck dent, and I don't have to figure out the position required when going to sleep. I am a natural stomach sleeper, but this helps me sleep on my back for most of the night. Overall, my neck feels so much better. I'd say 93% better, and that's good enough for me, especially in comparison to all of the other options I tried, and did not help me in the slightest and in some cases were worse. I'm happy with the purchase, especially with the size because now I can pack it up and take it with me pretty easily.
