They come with 2 o-rings, one clear that fits in the groove in the ring between the bottom of the vessel and the sink and one black that fits between the bottom of the ring and the the countertop. if you have a problem with the clear o ring staying in place use a little silicone grease on it. I'm old school so I still used plumbers putty to seal between the popup flange and the glass vessel. These rings make the vessel sinks look great they lift them up just enought to define the distance between the sink and countertop and also make it easier to keep the ares under the vessels clean. Review: Back to the wood shop - Solid product, looks great and fit my daughter's sink bowl well and the wood vanity we built for her bath room. Used a little clear greese to hold the o-rings in and worked like a charm. Now my wife is thinking about the same style sink for her/our bathroom, what have I done!!!!
