The 3mm poron sole is not very cushioning I use other insoles with it, but prefer the 6mm it has better cushioning use a wider fit shoe more comfortably. Use to stick down small duct tape then a smallest piece of double sided tape on top of duct to toe and heel of insoles, be carefull when removing double sided tape.
