Review: Brilliant! - Used this to go over polystyrene insulation roll. It's a bit tricky to use because of the weight but it gets easier the more you use. We cut several strips ,pasted using a roller and heavy duty paste. After pasting we waited 8 minutes before hanging. Hanging the paper was very easy, using a dry roller to smooth once in position. There was very little waste and buying this roll saved money. Great product, I would recommend. Review: Easy to hang, great coverage - The paper hung really well, didn’t expect it to be better than the lining paper we bought from B&Q but the quality was so much better too, would definitely recommend if you don’t have great walls underneath it covers really well! ## Features - Professional Erfurt MAV lining paper 1400 grade - Available in 10, 20 and 40 m long rolls - each roll is 56 cm wide - A perfect base for emulsion paint or decorative wallpaper - Use on old and new plaster walls / ceilings with moderately rough surfaces - Produced from sustainable and renewable forests and is PEFC certified ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B008OLWROE | | Best Sellers Rank | 160,107 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 1,759 in Wallpaper | | Brand Name | Erfurt MAV | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (419) | | Item Dimensions L x W | 40L x 0.56W metres | | Item Weight | 2.65 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Erfurt MAV | | Material Type | Paper | | Paper Finish | Matte | | Paper Size | 40 x 1000 centimeters | | Paper Weight | 120 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Wall and ceiling decoration, base for emulsion paint, base for decorative wallpaper | | Sheet Count | 1 | | UPC | 790295716921 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Erfurt MAV - **Colour:** White - **Material:** Paper - **Paper finish:** Matte - **Sheet size:** 40 x 1000 centimeters ## Images ![1400 Lining Paper - Erfurt MAV (40 m roll (quad)) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51mCZkW07XL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant! *by H***C on 6 November 2024* Used this to go over polystyrene insulation roll. I used Solvite wall paper Adhesive strong solution, the paper went on quite easily and easily manouvers into position the corners needs just a little bit more effort to fit. I placed onto .Mav Insulating Polystyrene lining . it helps to keep the heat in and smooths patchy wall Erfurt liner helped to make it smoother well worth putting on. ## Frequently Bought Together - 1400 Lining Paper - Erfurt MAV (40 m roll (quad)) - Solvite All Purpose Wallpaper Adhesive with Long-Lasting Results, Wallpaper Paste, Mixes in 20 Seconds, Hangs up to 10 Rolls, 1x185 g Sachet --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/55560945-1400-lining-paper-erfurt-mav-40-m-roll-quad](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/55560945-1400-lining-paper-erfurt-mav-40-m-roll-quad) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
