But putting pop socket in the middle is too high for me. Can I attach adapter ring at the bottom of the case?** A: Yes, you can do that. **Q: Does this round magsafe popsocket work OK on a naked iPhone without a case, or does it fall off?** A: As long as the iphone supports magsafe or you use the provided adapter ring yes. It holds strong enough, you really need to shake your phone for it to fall off. (I use it with an iPhone 13) **Q: Does it work on an Iphone with no case?** A: It does work but is not recommended to be used without a MagSafe case. **Q: Is the shield curved?** A: Not curved/domed ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, overpriced, but very effective *by J***N on 3 June 2026* Annoyingly expensive given what it is, but it’s worth it. Strong magnet to attach to my phone case and makes it easy to hold my phone without putting strain on my little finger like it used to. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even better than I thought it would be! *by P***S on 26 October 2023* I've been a fan of PopSockets for a while now - even with fairly large hands, I don't see how anyone can use the largest phones single-handed without something similar. I've previously used the Otterbox cases with integrated PopSockets, but Otterbox seem to have neded that relationship and developed their own solution (which is far worse, but I digress). I wasn't convinced that the PopGrip would be firm enough using "just" MagSafe, but I was really impressed - it's solid as a rock and I have zero fear that it's going to come off in use. It takes some real effort to pry it off - you have to really your nails under it to make it budge. Not something that's going to happen in normal usage! It does stand out a little from the back of the base but not to a degree that bothers me; pockets long enough to hold a Pro Max always have enough width too, and it's rounded so doesn't catch on the way out. I'm definitely going to keep hold of this and transfer it to all my new phones in the future. Means I can buy cheaper cases in a better variety of colours too! ## Frequently Bought Together - PopSockets Round Phone Grip Compatible with MagSafe, Adapter Ring Included, Phone Holder, Wireless Charging Compatible - Black - Kaistyle for Magsafe Car Mount【20 Strong Magnets】Magnetic Phone Holder for Car Phone Holder Mount Dash【360°】Cell Phone Holders for Your Car Accessories for Women Men iPhone 16 Pro Max 15 14 13 12 Plus - PopSockets Round Phone Grip Compatible with MagSafe, Adapter Ring Included, Phone Holder, Wireless Charging Compatible - Clear --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/556536530-popsockets-phone-grip-for-magsafe-magnetic-holder-black](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/556536530-popsockets-phone-grip-for-magsafe-magnetic-holder-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
