In either size, this is a comfortable bra. In either size it supports and uplifts. This bra has support and enough uplift I can wear as a regular bra, even with my heavy breast, and really like the way I look in my clothes. The band at the bottom isn't the only source of uplifting the breast. There is some different cross stitching under and around the cups. That stitching really does provide shaping. Since the cross stitching provides the support, the straps aren't getting stretched by the weight of the breast causing digging into the shoulders and sagging breast. It smooths the back.
