You have to force the charger in because they didn't make the hole around it big enough. Half the time I'll plug my phone in at night and discover it almost drained in the morning because it wasn't getting a complete change. Same for the headphones. Also never got used to the grip of the thing. It looks really sharp but functionally it is a failure.
