It made for finding the right spot to hang a television a breeze and a smooth installation, I was really happy with the simplicity of the design and ease of use with a few button and choices of dept of stud, while trying to find the stud it alerted me of wiring several times, which prevented a possible mishaps. I would definitely recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth the money, if you're not expecting a super polished experience, and you're willing to learn the tool. *by C***W on March 15, 2018* It worked well enough to generally find the stud. It takes a little playing to sort of understand how it works, but it seems to have very good AC detection. I've hit a total of 7 out of 8 screws so far. You really do have to step through the depth modes, as the instructions say, of it in order to really understand where its sensing. It has helped me significantly.
