Really not sure if this is an iron or just a clothes steamer. Also, the english version of the user manual is not helpful - never sure if the iron was doing what it should, ie, didn't steam in use but steam coming out of soleplate when on its station. Also the red light was coming on then off and no idea if this meant the iron was up to temperature or not. Information was inadequate and vague in its translation. Water leeks from the iron many times, you have to press the steam button constantly otherwise does not work, and it hurts the finger . If not using the button you literally can’t iron sheets or shirts as it doesn’t get hot enough nor steam ( note I put in maximum temperature and still is not enough ) , it also leeks water from the container all over the iron support so when you finish and want to put it away you have to clean everything with a dry cloth and then remove remaining water from the deposit. I have only used the iron 3 times and it is an agony , takes me much longer than my old and cheap one.
