Featuring a built-in stove for cooking or boiling water, it requires no electricity, making it ideal for off-grid camping, emergencies, or indoor heating. Includes 3 six-hour InstaFire canned heat fuels for immediate use. ## Description Includes: Three (3) containers of canned heat. Safely Heat a Room AND Cook Meals—All Indoors! Simple design: Just slide up to three cans of canned heat inside the unit, then light to use. No power needed: No electricity? Not a problem. You don’t need power to run this unit! The Fan Turns on Automatically in Just a Few Minutes. The fan motor operates on heat and must absorb enough of it in order to run. It takes up to three minutes for the fan to start spinning. It takes another five to eight minutes to reach its full speed and emit maximum heat. At that point, the fan will blow three to four miles per hour, like a small space heater. Review: What's not to like ? - I ordered the stove on good Friday during the Easter holiday, and it arrived from America at my UK home 6 days later. A well-constructed winter heating solution for my small camper. It blows out enough heat to keep my van warm for nearly 6 hours without a fuel change, it’s as good as silent and it draws no power from my batteries. And does not even tickle my gas detectors. What’s not to like ? Ok, its costs a bit more than some alternatives but it works for me. The flame is completely enclosed within the unit offering greater safety, but care should be given to ventilation (oxygen) and using the right fuel as there are different types of chafing fuel out there. Some are for outdoor use. 'All in All' I’m am well impressed and pleased I bought it. Review: Like it - Only 1 time used to check. Seems good. Recommend to watch reviews on YouTube. Will try cheater hearing gels. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Brand | Insta-Fire | | Colour | Black | | Form factor | Pedestal | | Indoor/Outdoor usage | Indoor | | Power source | Fuel Cell | | Special feature | Portable | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Insta-Fire - **Special feature:** Portable - **Colour:** Black - **Form factor:** Pedestal - **Indoor/Outdoor usage:** Indoor ## Images ![VESTA Self-Powered Camping Heater & Stove (Compact, Off-Grid, Emergency) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61h-YbeovFL.jpg) ![VESTA Self-Powered Camping Heater & Stove (Compact, Off-Grid, Emergency) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/815ePCw3zJL.jpg) ![VESTA Self-Powered Camping Heater & Stove (Compact, Off-Grid, Emergency) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/818h2iaIYfL.jpg) ![VESTA Self-Powered Camping Heater & Stove (Compact, Off-Grid, Emergency) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Wh9kd--mL.jpg) ![VESTA Self-Powered Camping Heater & Stove (Compact, Off-Grid, Emergency) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81epui4VBOL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Could this use trangia alcohol burners instead?** A: Theoretically yes it can, the diameter of the cans should be the right size... but you have to be sooooo careful with alcohol burners... one little spill and the fire is not where you want it....... but theoretically yes, an alcohol burner would work in this unit. Just Be Careful Please. **Q: Is it 200 square feet with 2 cans ??? WhAt is it with 3??** A: We designed the Vesta as an emergency space heater for rooms in your home. Most rooms are 10’x12’ -12x12’. Using 3 cans of heat, we confidently say the Vesta can heat those rooms. Will 2 cans provide a good source of heat? Absolutely it will. And if your in a smaller 8’x10’ room 2 cans will do the job. If you are using 3 cans and it gets too warm, put one can out and only use the two cans. I hope this answers your question. Thanks for choosing Instafire! **Q: Does this need to be in a ventilated area if used indoors** A: Yes, the room should be ventilated if used indoors: Canned heat is chafing fuel—odorless, smokeless, nontoxic, and generally safe for indoor use. It is still HIGHLY recommended to provide adequate ventilation in any room where it is in use. **Q: It has a fan, what kind of battery powers the fan, voltage and amps, is it rechargeable ?** A: This is a heat activated fan, it works on thermal dynamics, there are no batteries, the heat from the canned heat under the fan is what provides the power to the fan. It takes about 8 minutes before the fan starts to turn when the unit is first lit. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What's not to like ? *by J***T on 6 April 2024* I ordered the stove on good Friday during the Easter holiday, and it arrived from America at my UK home 6 days later.
