If the board is really short and thin, you will have some excess strapping, but you can cut and tailor the webbing. **Q: Can I surf or hydrofoil with this backpack on and not damage it? We do not recommend surfing with the backpack on. **Q: what is max payload ? will it work for my 85lb efoil board?** A: It is a sturdy, well made backpack, but I wouldn’t want to try it loaded with 85 lbs. I think a dolly or some other terrain rover would be a better choice.
