I went on YouTube and downloaded the Dyson app. **Q: Can you buy an additional battery pack for this vacuum?** A: I couldn't find it on Amazon or a cheaper alternative on Google. The machine worked well for the 1st few weeks, but after that it had the problem of pulsating - even though I fully charge the battery, and clean all the filters, the machine will NOT start in the first place. I need to keep on pressing the on button many times, and then the machine will work for a few seconds, and then it stops again. This process needs to be repeated several times, and then the machine will work for 10-15 seconds, and then it stops again! I kept on calling Dyson, and they did send replacement (the same model) for me, but the same problem repeats again and again (3 times).
