## Description

Long Tip Pencil Sharpener for 6-12mm Drawing Pencils, Colors, Sketches, Long Tip Sharpener for Artists, Blue

Review: Easily the best long point sharpener! - A product that lives up to the hype: long pencil points have long been beloved by architects artists etc as it saves them the time and effort of constantly resharpening pencil leads. This product (I’ve had it for around 2 months) seems sturdy, the method of sharpening is very simple and there are options for reducing the lead exposure- better for softer leads like colour or charcoal based pencils. The wood shavings are collected neatly in the base of the sharpener, easy to open up and clean everything. I’ve sharpened a lot of pencils with this product, yet despite the almost insane exposed lead lengths, yet to have one break on me. Buy without hesitation. Note that it has a lot of plastic components so I don’t expect it to last forever but products that have that long life assurance don’t have this level of performance. And I go for performance everytime.
Review: Best Pencil Sharpener I’ve Ever Used - So I was a bit concerned when the details said not to use on really soft pencils as my artist set did include soft lead pencils, but I figured I’d give it a try. After all how soft is really soft? Well the attached photo is one of the softest lead pencils I have - being 5B and wow! Just incredible. Nice and long sharpened lead makes it easy for shading and the even shave of the blade is almost like a sanding smooth finish. So glad I spent a little extra to get this one. Worth every cent!

## Features

- SUPER LONG TIP: This artist sharpener sharpens a pencil to a super long tip up to 17mm to cover more and shade in less time, and to last longer than the standard short tip for every time it is sharpened as it stays sharper longer. Being long but durable at the tip, you won't have to worry about breaking leads and re-sharpening so your expensive colored pencils can last. PLEASE NOTE: Thicker leads will leave such a long tip, standard #2 pencils do not have such long spots.
- 2 SHARPENING OPTIONS - Sharp and Round: With the electric sharpener sharpener sharpener, you can vary the sharpness now: sharp and obtuse. The sharp setting helps get some of the best details in your work, and the obtuse for rough sketching or writing, which fits different needs and scenarios such as study, classroom, office and home. Charged by AC adapter (included), which has strong and consistent power for constant student use.
- Fit for 6-12mm Pencils: Get this long point pencil sharpener that takes both small and large pencils (φ6-12mm), almost every pencil fits perfectly: Artists pencils, standard #2 pencils and just about anything around you. Auto Sharpening & Auto Stop When you have just pointed out, it won't sharpen too much anymore. Labor saving design requires gentle downward pressure on the pencil while sharpening, not too much hand pressure like most hurts.
- HEAVY DUTY HELICAL BLADE: The heavy duty helical blade is strong enough to withstand consecutive use and to outlast all other heavy-duty electric pencil sharpeners as it is made of high-strength stainless steel and can sharpen 3,000 times. The precisely cut blade hardly finds a lead break as long as you don't put a pencil too soft. If a lead breaks, insert a hard pencil and press down with 2kg of pressure, the broken lead will be ejected effortlessly.
- Large Shavings Box - This Afmat pencil sharpener chip box is extra large and you don't have to empty it every pair of pencils, but just take your time sharpening. The clear chip box indicates when it is full, and easily opens for emptying with no mess. Built-in safety design, the sharpener will not be sharpened once the chip box is removed or not well installed in the interest of children's safety.
