Sarah is a mother of three, an enthusiastic gardener and a seamstress. On her farm in Vermont she breeds and produces a lot for the healthy life of her family. The idea of Bee's Wrap began with the question of how to banish plastic from the kitchen, and what meaningful alternatives there are. She developed the biodegradable and sustainable oilcloth, whereupon cling film and aluminium foil have finally become obsolete. The Bee's Wraps are made from organic cotton muslin (GOTS certified), beeswax, jojoba oil and tree resin. The antibacterial properties help to keep the food fresh longer. The cloth is very flexible and adapts to different shapes by the heat of your hands. For covering bowls or cake moulds, or directly wrapping bread, cheese, fruit, vegetables or sandwiches (not suitable for raw meat).
