I liked the idea that it has a built in handle which when turned down makes a safe fixed way to keep it in a convenient position to use it.This case turned out to be a perfect case for my needs. The case is made of a foam material which encases the entire iPad but has openings for the charging port, audio, volume adjustments, and the power and home buttons. In my several weeks experience with it I do not see any drawbacks. The colors are bright colors kids would like. Mine is lime green making it easy to see and retrieve from a backpackIt does not come with a screen protector which allows one to select a high quality one. The case is more affordable by far than the best protective cases made for adults and the design is simple to install. It also has a stronger stand .
