    Good for loading up on rows

Very good and strong product, used for loading up on bent over rows and prefer the stability offered by a T bar row to a normal barbell bent over row. Received as a birthday present and used every week since, definitely worth the cost especially if nursing joint injuries that limit your stability. Only downside personally is the angle of the handles can make for an uncomfortable grip, but that's just because I have narrow shoulders
