I used to dream before but it was vague, blurry, disconnected, harder to remember. Now dreams are very clear, I talk in my dreams, move around and explore without any effort at all. I wake up remembering my dreams like a download in the first moments of getting up. This process of getting to lucid dreaming was progressive.
