I found 1 or 2 seconds improvement you can expect when the swimmer compete 100 M stroke. My son was 0.07 or 0.04 second behind qualifying times. So we decided to try the tech suit hoping it compensate the time. My son tried this for the first time and he experienced a lot of improvement on his time at championship. I reduced 5 second on 100 breast and 3 second on 50 free. First , the tech suit repells the water instead absorbs it. The load to the swimmer becomes less.
