I accidentally found the perfect book to answer that question via full text search on Google Books: Modern Standard Arabic Grammar: A Learner's Guide 1st Edition by Mohammad T. Alhawary So take a look at that one on Google books before buying it, because it's kind of expensive and very lengthy, but very well worth it. Very clean and to the point. The main contention I have is in the kindle version the Arabic is near unreadable it’s so small and it’s in picture format half the time.
