In daily use, this case feels like a genuinely high-quality product right out of the box. It was incredibly easy to install, fitting perfectly onto my Pixel 8, and the materials feel exceptionally comfortable in the hand. Spigen touts a "truss pattern" for an anti-slip finish. I found that the ridges on the back side of the case absolutely deliver on this, significantly helping with daily grip and overall comfort. The brand highlights raised bezels for display protection. True to their claim, the case features a large enough raised edge on the front to confidently protect the screen. The Navy Blue color looks just as great in person as it does online. While I always look to highlight areas of improvement in my reviews, my testing yielded exactly zero product quality deficiencies. Protection - I already had a drop when someone bumped it out of my hand from a height of 3 ft directly onto a tile floor. Not a hint of damage to the phone or the case for that matter. Aesthetics - I got the dark blue, and it is about what I expected, nothing different than the picture. I read on the black version some people not liking about finger oil showing, but at least on this color its not noticeable at all.. maybe the edges are bit less matte than the rest, but it isn't an issue.
