**Q: Does this come with (4) screws?**
A: No screws come with this part, the topper simply snaps into the top of the tailgate.

**Q: Is this the part that covers the access to the tail gate latches?**
A: Just replaces the stock cover, only protects the top of the tailgate.

**Q: Would it fit on my 2015 F350 shortbox?  Also does it comes with all bolts and nuts to install it with?**
A: It fit my 2011 short bed perfectly. There are no bolts it snaps into place. You do need to loosen the access panel to slide the cover into place.

**Q: How long does it measure?**
A: fit perfect on stock 2011 f-250, no trimming necessary

Looks good and fits right but it did come off eventually. I was using my tailgate a lot hauling, loading and unloading so I don’t know if it came off bc of me or material. Definitely worth the price for the value. I ordered it again
