When opened my package and got my first look at this umbrella - I was thrilled. The color I chose was a dark, teal/blue shade called “Petrol”. I plan to use mine for both rain and shine as I like to use my umbrellas as parasols. I’m impressed with how easily it opens and then folds up. I travel a lot and take an umbrella/parasol at all times. The fact that this one can function in windy situations makes it all the more important to me. I find it size compact and lightweight, but strong. I can see myself ordering another one with one of the whimsical patterns just for fun.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed new umbrellas, but wanted quality ones since I’ve had problems in the past with them lasting. I couldn’t be happier with these umbrellas. They definitely are made very well and are beautiful. I did have a minor problem with one of the umbrellas so contacted the business…they immediately took care of the problem and sent a new umbrella. I have never had such great customer service. They kept in touch with me until I received the new one. The umbrellas are of high quality and beautiful. I would definitely do business with them again.

Bought this after owning another one previously which we still use. I opted for a nature sky design and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was ..Appreciate that the seller is a small family business , which we ourselves are, also .And their warranty was also a positive for placing a second order.Would recommend highly and hope you'll be as happy with your umbrella .Especially like the push button to open and close and the water collecting in the top portion so it doesn't leak into car or home .

Bigger than I expected but still okay. The only problem is the open/close button is stiff and hard to push - I wind up using both hands and thumbs. It's hard on my thumbs and wrists and inconvenient to have to use both hands to open or close. Maybe it will loosen up with use? My other similar umbrella, different brand, is super easy to open and close with one hand. Not going to return it but probably will NOT buy this brand again. I bought it because I liked the Interstellar design.

I got my first Tumella umbrella today, tested the automatic open and close feature and when it worked (Yes, you need to press the button firmly for it to close, but it's not that hard and it works!) I ordered 12 more for everyone in my family! I love all the beautiful patterns as well. I was never willing to spend money on a pretty umbrella because I knew it would just end up in the trash, but this one made me a believer! And it came with a wonderful letter from the company that made me smile.

I absolutely love this umbrella!! I really like the button you push to open it and close it, you only need one hand. I’ve used the umbrella in many rain storms and it always holds up very well. My only complaint is how small it is. I’m pretty tall for a woman at 6’ so my shoes do get wet while using this. If they came in different sizes and there was a wider one you could purchase, I’d buy it super fast. I LOVE the colors and northern lights pattern, it’s so cool looking at it when it’s open. Overall I’m very, very happy with this purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw this product on-line as being top quality and very durable. So I ordered it. I’ve not had a chance yet to use it in a rain storm but checked it by opening and closing it. I was very impressed by the quality and ease of use. I can’t wait for the next storm to try it. It is made as durable as a very expensive full-sized umbrella I bought that was to be blow out proof (which it is). But what I really like is it’s a much more manageable size for travel.

Best umbrella I've ever purchased! We received some good amounts of rain today and on top of it we have some very gusty winds. I took out my new umbrella, and it held up perfectly! While getting into the car it ended up flipping inside out.....the dreaded movement that everyone knows will end the life of any umbrella! I'm here to say it's still perfect and still works as it should. I thought for sure it would be a goner. But this umbrella lives to see another day! I'm amazed and stunned to see that this umbrella held up in such a wicked storm but I honestly did just that! you won't be dissatisfied or disappointed in your purchase.
