It’s actually lighter and more ergonomic than I thought it would be, and I have relatively small hands. The thing is, though, I wasn’t blown away by the 9,000 lumen maximum output, and that’s actually a compliment to Fenix. It’s exactly like getting the newest iPhone—the previous generation was already so good that the latest version, while nice, isn’t going to feel like a great leap forward. To say the same about this flashlight means that Fenix has reached Apple’s level of quality, and that is a compliment indeed. The user interface is excellent (and intuitive). The only knock that comes to mind is how quickly the battery drains when on full output, but that is obviously a trade-off, and I’m glad they decided to go with the smaller, lighter form factor. All in all, I consider this money well spent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Brightest hand held light. Gets too hot to hold. *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2019* Flashlight gets extremely hot to hold at the brightest setting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Landing lights in the palm of your hand *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2019* This is a multi functional light that will go from dim light reading a map mode to lighting up the runway for 777 to land.battery last for quite some time on the brightest setting. It will get warm on the brightest setting but man it is bright. It's pricey but if you need the functionality this is your light. I highly recommend this to all who want an excellent handy flashlight for exploring this is the one. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/56794060-fenix-tk72r-9000-lumen-rechargeable-digital-display-led-flashlight-searchlight](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/56794060-fenix-tk72r-9000-lumen-rechargeable-digital-display-led-flashlight-searchlight) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
