A: Yes you can pull it over your head, but it would work more like a larger headband rather than a hat.

A: Not sure but I wear a 7-5/8 new era hat and the neck warmer fits fine and it still remains loose

A: It doesn't really say what size it is. I think it's pretty much a "one size fits all" except for someone with a very muscular neck. It should fit anyone from small to medium build.

The Alphaskin material is ideal for cold weather fabric that doesn't irritate my face. I walk outdoors throughout the year and have my neck warmer in my bag so it can be worn anytime the wind blows occasionally. Luckily this item is always with me so I am prepared for the winter wind.
