Review: Mediocre stool, used product shipped as new - The stools are barely acceptable. They look about how I expected, and aesthetics are the primary reason I bought them. The alignment is off a bit, so they wobble. I used felt pads on the feet to correct this issue. They are comfortable enough, but not something I’d sit in for a long time. I don’t think they are any nicer than stools half the price, so I regret choosing these. I bought a new pack of two stools. I received a parcel that had clearly been repackaged with blue painters tape over the manufacturer’s clear tape. All of the screws and washers were loose in the box, and some were missing. One of the seats had minor damage that I hope I can clean off. It seems like a waste to return this whole heavy box, so I’m going to try to make do with what I got. I’m pretty ticked off though, and I see no option to get support — other than to request a return.
