I powered it on, logged in, and verified all the specs against the desertcart listing. Everything matched exactly as described. This server has been an excellent addition to my home lab. I’ve been running it since 4/9 with no issues at all—it’s been performing great. I haven’t needed to contact customer service, so I can’t speak to that, which is a good sign in my opinion!!! One small note: it was advertised as 32 cores, but mine actually came with 40 cores… so I definitely won’t complain about that! 😉 Thank You!!!
Review: Reliable Used Servers from PCSP - Early Review, just got this server, but its not the first server i buy through PCSP. As expected, the server was properly shipped and protected against fedex's box hockey league. i did not expect that the SSD's would be in premium condition, all disks had 100% usage available, with 78TBW at most on a drive. i did not expect this to not come with a bezel, it was pictured, but its not a big deal. Server is currently in good working order, everything looks as it should and i have not had any hardware errors to date, however i do have confidence based on past experience that getting warranty support will work great

The server arrived a day early and was packaged extremely well. For a refurbished unit, I was pleasantly surprised—there were no dents, major scratches, or broken parts very clean for used. I powered it on, logged in, and verified all the specs against the Amazon listing. Everything matched exactly as described. This server has been an excellent addition to my home lab. I’ve been running it since 4/9 with no issues at all—it’s been performing great. I haven’t needed to contact customer service, so I can’t speak to that, which is a good sign in my opinion!!! One small note: it was advertised as 32 cores, but mine actually came with 40 cores… so I definitely won’t complain about that! 😉 Thank You!!!

Early Review, just got this server, but its not the first server i buy through PCSP. As expected, the server was properly shipped and protected against fedex's box hockey league. i did not expect that the SSD's would be in premium condition, all disks had 100% usage available, with 78TBW at most on a drive. i did not expect this to not come with a bezel, it was pictured, but its not a big deal. So, I will be using this server in my home office. I'm tired of having 3 physical workstations for servers and wanted to consolidate everything into one. Love the fact that this server came with almost 8TB of space. Server boot up time is great. The physical will be used as a file server, but all of the other domain controllers and exchange server will be virtuals running on the Dell. Should be great since it has 256GB ram and the drives are SSDs. Now, if the 1.92TB SSDs weren't so costly, I'd by more and have everything stored on the server. I've purchased a NAS for the data drives I'm moving from the three old physicals. Looking forward to upgrade.
