Poor quality. I tried contacting the company following the Amazon prompts, but the product isn't even listed on their website.2nd UPDATE: I was finally able to get in touch with the folks at Kitchenaid. Unfortunatey they no longer make the pink, but they said they are sending out a brand new replacement unit, which is much appreciated. The stainless steel blender attachment lets you puree hot liquids, which is nice for making thick soups. The variable speed is easy to set, as well, so as to minimized splatter. Very quiet and easy to use/clean. My only complaint is that the cup that comes with it is rather delicate. We had it sitting in the drying rack on our counter when it fell and cracked. Thankfully, it's still usable as the crack is high up but I wouldn't expect a plastic cup to not survive a 3 ft fall.
